After testing out The Fitness Lab 30 day trial almost a year ago, I love it that much I’m still here! 🙌 I was struggling to find the motivation and confidence by myself to help me tone up & improve my fitness but since finding The Fitness Lab I’ve definitely done that...I now enjoy exercises I used to completely avoid in group personal training, attend & love circuit classes (totally used to be my worst fear) & James has helped me to find a balanced diet that suits my lifestyle and still get results! Not only do I feel the best I ever had, I have an understanding and appreciation of how to train correctly and safely. The gym itself is a great space to work in making you feel comfortable, with a great vibe. After my sessions and seeing the trainers and members, I genuinely come out feeling so positive and refreshed, taking that energy into the rest of my day!

I’ve been working with James at the fitness lab for over 2 years on a one to one basis. Brilliant gym and for all shapes, sizes and abilities. I lost 20lbs with Jimmy over an 8 week programme. Fitness and diet combined. It really works if you are committed and want the results. Nice atmosphere, lovely clientele who make everyone feel welcome. Great place

Having trained with Jimmy since day one of The Fitness Lab it's safe to say it has changed my view on diet, lifestyle, training and fitness.
I used to solely do cardio workouts but now a mixture of my own cardio, circuit training and PT Sessions - I feel fitter and stronger than ever - even though I'm not getting any younger!!
The circuit training with Jimmy, Dan & Lynne are great fun! A great bunch of people take part and the abuse....sorry encouragement from the trainers - help to disguise those aches, pains and creaky joints!
Not only do we train hard at the Lab we also have a great laugh doing it!!........
Excellent, well equipped, private gym. After following the eight week “Ditch the flab” course, with exercises tailored to suit my age and ability I lost 12 lbs. Weight loss and overall improved fitness continue as I have remained a member enjoying
individual attention from James and his colleagues in a relaxed friendly environment.
