What's included in the 30 Day Trial?
This is our chance to find any niggles you maybe carrying which will enable us to prescribe the best exercises to overcome these issues.
We won’t break you with 100’s burpees, that’s just silly but we will set you one or two highly achievable fitness challenges.
Throughout your 30 day trial one of our coaches will be on hand to answer any questions you may have plus there will be regular check-ins to make sure you are staying on track / sticking to the plan.
We have a number of personal training times available through the week from 6am-8pm plus four circuit training sessions each week.
We have a private Facebook group where the coaches and members can answer any questions you may have plus it’s a really useful group for sharing ideas e.g. food prep, low calorie snacks…
We have an extensive list of healthy & tasty recipes which we will happily share with you from smoothies - curries

Absolutely not. We meet each person where they are. Of course we have fit people but we also have people who have never touched a weight before. Your programme is personal to you.
No problem. A lot of our guys have, at some point, had niggles or ‘life’ injuries. Of course, we’re not medical professionals but our expert team are very experienced in working with a wide variety of people and adjusting programmes accordingly.
The choice is yours. You are free to carry on your health and fitness goals with us or if you feel The Fitness Lab isn’t for you, that’s no problem, we can still be friends.
Yes, very. We have sessions Monday to Friday 6-11am + 5-8pm and Sat 8:30-10:30am
Yes, there is plenty of free parking within Birkdale village.
